Springtime Shenanigins

had to bring the nordie skis up on the mountain at least once before all the snow melted out. Luckily some of the table tops were still in good condition. 

Victory at Super Tour Finals

Thanks to everyone who showed up to race the last big sprint race of the year here in Sun Valley! The Super Tour finals were a super fun event as always and it was a highlight to be able to connect with the US ski scene!

8th in Lahti

The Lahti Ski Games have been going on for 90 years! there is a ton of rich skiing history here and it's also one of my favorite places to race. The Sprint course was ripping fast on Saturday and I was stoked to win my quarterfinal heat and move on to an 8th place finish! with only one more sprint left in the world cup season I'm happy my form starting to come around, next up is Drammen Norway one of the toughest and most exciting races on the World Cup... Looking forward to hammering it out in front of 50 thousand spectators. 

World Champs is on!

After a great two weeks of training in Davos Switzerland we are ready to jump into the biggest competitions of the year. Last weekend we flew to Ostersund Sweden for the last weekend of races before the championships. This was a super exciting venue and a new sprint course that made for some crazy heats with lots of action, one of the hills on the course even went directly up the grand stands with thousnds of spectators on hand! 

I was happy to be feeling better, stronger, and faster each weekend and walked away with a 12 place finish in the Sprint. The next day we made the 5 hour drive to Falun where we will be for World Championships during the next 2 weeks. The first race will be the sprint on Thursday! I'm stoked to get out there and show the world what I can do. This year we are bringing one of the biggest and most competitive teams we've ever had to Worlds, it's going to be a good time!
