with just our second classic sprint of the season it was a lot of fun to race in Otepaa this weekend. My fitness and power continue to imprve each race and everyhting looks on track to prepare well for the World Championships in just 4 weeks! Off to Russia next week before we will have a short training camp in Switzerand. 
It's been a slow start to the World Cup season for me this year. With a tough travel schedule and fighting some allergic reactions top results have been hard to come by however with a quick Christmas break back in the US and a top 15 Word Cup finish in Davos Switzerland spirits are high! looking forward to diving into period 2 of the season. Thanks to everyone for their support!

We are one week into our training camp here in Park City. So far we have had some great workouts while trying to collaborate with all the groups in town. It feels like every skier in North America is here including the Canadian National team and clubs, Biathlon, APU, SMS, and many others. The past week has included some hard interval sessions at Soldier Hollow but also some really cool longer workouts like skiing un American Fork pass. We finished off the week yesterday with a 3.5 hour run and now I'm definitely ready for an off day.
